Wrong date entered when buying tickets

Hi there. 

 

I have purchased two tickets  for the wrong date (11th march instead of 12th).

 

Oder 557361225

 

I have filled in the refund requested form online as the tickets were purchased on the app.   But I can still see the tickets available for me to use, does this mean that I will not get a refund?

Thank you for your query.

Customers will receive an e-mail if the refund cannot be made. At the moment we receive many inquiries. You can check if your request has already been processed by phone: 0848 44 66 88 (0.08Rp/min).
