I bought a Swiss pass yesterday but only after coming home I realized the address is missing one letter. I corrected my address in my Swisspass account but I'm worried that it might get posted to a wrong address. Is there any way to track the Swiss pass coming in the post? Or if it has not being shipped yet is it possible to let them know the correct address?

In this case, I advise you to contact the Contact Center directly on +41 (0)848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min). They will have access to your account and will give you a precise answer. Otherwise, you also have the possibility to contact the Swiss Post.

I got my SwissPass yesterday. I changed my address through my SwissPass account after a couple of hours of purchasing the SwissPass. Therefore, it has come to the correct address.
