Wrong Date of birth on half fare card

Hi,

I bought a half fare card and instead of entering my Dob in dd.mm.yy format I entered mm.dd.yy. How do i fix the Dob on my account and my half fare card?

Thank you very much for your question. 

You need to send a copy of an ID (passort, driver license, ID card) to our customer service and ask them to correct it for you.
