Wrong Country on Swiss Travel Pass (Urgent, 911!!!)

Hi,

I just bought swiss travel pass for 8 days online today and

I put "Canada" as a country of residence because I am living in Canada with a study visa but I am a Korean holding a Korean passport. I read some questions and answers about similar issues and some people said it's okay because the only important things are the identical passport number and number both on the travel pass and passport, but others said it could be a problem.

I am leaving for Switzerland tomorrow from Italy and change the train at Domodossola station in Italy. I know that at Domodossola station, I can take a train with swiss travel pass. Is there anything I can do at Domodossola station or anywhere? I take a train at Milano Centrale and go to Domodossola. Please, answer my question as soon as possible.

Hello @hhlee0806

Thank you for your request.

That's not a problem. It is important that the passport number and name match to your Indian passport. In this case you can travel here in Sitzerland with your bought Swiss Travel Passes.

In Domodossola is no counter from the SBB. If you like to go a counter from the SBB you can do this in Brig.

I wish you a nice time here in Switzerland.

Kind regards,

MarinaZ
