When do I know if my refund request is processed?

I submitted two refund requests due to coronavirus. When can I know if the requested are accepted or not?

Thank you for your query. 

After submitting the refund request, a message will appear that we have received your request. This will be checked and if the conditions of the refund are met, you will receive the money within the next few days.
