Website Bug - Date & Time Changes

New Author

Hello - I think you have a bug on your ticketing search section of your website, which unfornately just cost me ~ 180 CHF.

The bug is on the main search section, after you pick your stations, then you pick the calendar date (step 1). When you go to pick the time of day (step 2), the calendar date changes to the day before what was origionally selected in Step 1.  Unfortunately I didn't see this until after the purchase was made and the PDF of the ticket was sent.  I would have never thought to continuously look at the date when I know I selected the right date on the 1st step.  Also, by the time you get to the purchase steps, there is no further visability of the ticket info.

I'm really annoyed not only at myself for not catching this but also at the website where the date was changed unbeknownst to me.  I tested this, again and again, after I realized the 1st purchase was off 1 day.  I recommend your IT/Web Services team review this.

Update:  I got a note back from the TicketShop that there is a known issue when purchasing online from the US due to time zones.  The time zone should be changed to GMT when making a purchase from the US.

Also - a HUGE thank you to the customer service team. I was prepared to have to go toe-to-toe to explain this but I recieved an email indicating the error and refund.  Excellent customer service.
