Hi, I purchased 1 saver day pass. Is it possible to get it refunded as I would like to purchase a 3 day swiss travel pass on starting on the same day?

Thank you for your request.

Normally, Saver Day Pass are not exchanged or refunded. But there are always exceptions when buying new tickets. You can make your request by phone on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) or by e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch.
