Unused Coop City day passes due to covid-19 - Refund

Hi Team,

I had two coop city SBB passes which I was not able to use due to whole covid-19 situation. I was hoping that it will be contained within Switzerland and will be using two days passed for day trip. However, as situation got deteriorating and more number of covid-19 cases grown, we didn't travel and use these tcikets.

I am wondering what should I do in this case? is it possible to apply for refund for used day passes, brought through Coop stores.

Hello @Abhishek 

Contact an SBB counter for a refund. We need the original tickets for a refund.
