Travelcards for Amsterdam to Zurich, & then Zurich to Munchen

Hi, I am traveling in Europe in October 2022 and will be taking the train from Amsterdam to Zurich, spending 3 days in Zurich and will likely be traveling to the Stoos via the Stoosbahn funicular whilst in Zurich. And then afterwards from Zurich to Munchen on the last day.

Are there any SwissPass travel cards that would be able to cover this itinerary? I'm new to this. Much appreciated, thank you.

Hello @furiusj

Thank you for your inquiry.

You have the possibility to benefit from the Swiss Travel Pass for your 3 days stay in Switzerland. You can find more information and the area of validity here.

As you can see on the area of validity, the Swiss Travel Pass does not give you a discount for the funicular in Stoos. For more information about the Stoosbahn, please visit www.stoos.ch

Trains from Amsterdam to Zurich and on to Munich are market price trains and must be booked in advance (as seat reservation is mandatory depending on the train). You can find your suitable train connections at sbb.ch. Most bookings can already be purchased online - please note that the purchase is an e-ticket and not a pick-up. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our telephone support on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).

You can find more helpful information for traveling in europa here.

I wish you already a lot of fun during your trip in Switzerland.

Kind regards,
ZoeS
