Train from Visp to Zermatt in Novmenber 2022

I can't purchase any train tickets from Visp to Zermatt. Based on SBB website, the connections had changed to a bus between Visp to Tasch before a "shuttle train" to Zermatt from 24 Oct to 20 Nov 2022. 
Even then I'm not able to purchase any tickets for the bus ride from SBB.
May I know how shall I go about it?

Hi @RingoG 

There is currently a technical issue with this connection when buying tickets. It should be fixed by 14 SEP and buying tickets should again be possible although for the replacement bus.

Zermatt - Täsch - Zermatt, 24.10 - 20.11.2022, adjusted timetable

Due to construction work, all trains between Zermatt and Täsch will run according to a slightly adjusted special timetable. Departures always xx.45 / xx.08 /xx.28. The timetable at www.sbb.ch/en has been adjusted.

Visp - Täsch - Visp, 24.10 - 20.11.2022, bus replacement

Due to construction work, buses with disabled acces will run instead of the train (no WC / very limited bicycle transport). These run according to the timetable. www.sbb.ch/en 

You can directly buy train tickets from Visp - Zermatt in November 2022 (2 month before) on the website from the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn:
