If you bought the ticket on sbb.ch with your SwissPass account and you are for sure logged in to the SBB Mobile APP with the very same Swisspass account, the ticket is immediately visible on your APP.
If you cannot see the ticket you bought online on the sbb Mobile App, this means that :
- Either you were logged in to sbb.ch and in to the app with two differents swisspass accounts
- That you were not logged in on sbb.ch at all and you actually purchased the ticket as a guest.
- That you were not logged in to the app at all.
