Timeframe to see online purchase @ SBB.ch transferred to the App.

I purchased a ticket this morning.  I was logged into my account online.  I thought the ticket would automatically be transferred to my app.  I have not seen that happen.  Does the process take a few days?  Or should I call for support?

Only national tickets are displayed in the app. Therefore, your ticket to Strasbourg will not be visible in the app.

Hi @ronswanson1 

If you bought the ticket on sbb.ch with your SwissPass account and you are for sure logged in to the SBB Mobile APP with the very same Swisspass account, the ticket is immediately visible on your APP.  

If you cannot see the ticket you bought online on the sbb Mobile App, this means that :

- Either you were logged in to sbb.ch and in to the app with two differents swisspass accounts 

or

- That you were not logged in on sbb.ch at all and you actually purchased the ticket as a guest.

or

- That you were not logged in to the app at all. 

Please check all the possiblities out and if you still have questions, call our rail service at any time on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).

Thank you for responding.  I can see the tickets I purchased from Bern to Strasbourg on sbb.cb.  It is on my order details along with all my other orders.  But it still won't show up on my app.  I logged out of my app and logged back in.  It still won't show up.  

 

It isn't the end of the world but I like to keep those tickets in my apple wallet to keep it clean and simple.  Is there someone I can email with my order number to see if they can help me?
