From Paris to Interlaken on October 4, 2:23 p.m., we used a train arriving at 7:57 p.m.
I purchased it through https://en.voyages-sncf.com/ and I was forced to buy a new ticket at the railway station during the TGV, which inevitably forced me to buy a new ticket.(Paris - Basel TGV, Basel - Interlaken SBB SBB)
The French SNCF informed me that there was a mistake in the recent error and refunded me a refund for the newly purchased ticket.(Paris - Basel Section)
The Basel - Inter-Interracken section purchased the mobile SBB, and the existing ID is " amasvin512 ".
I ask for a refund on this.

Please send an e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch and send us all tickets that you have purchased (including those from SNCF). We will look then into this matter and refund if applicable.
