Ticket purchased and credit card charged but did not receive ticket

I recently purchased a monthly travelcard from the sbb.ch webpage (logged in with my swisspass). I received a confirmation email with the order summary and my credit card was charged. However, I cannot see any option to download a pdf of the ticket. I did not receive any pdf by email either. In the phone app, I also can't see any travelcard.

Thank you for your request.

According to my information, you have purchased a ZVV NetzPass abonnement from Zürich Holzerhund to Zürich ETH/Universitätsspital. This abo is valid from October 7th to November 6th.

Your ticket is registered on your SwissPass. All you ha ve to do is present the SwissPass during the ticket control.
