Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
I just purchased a supersaver ticket from Bern to Brig by my mastercard
and I got the message about that order was confirmed.
But I didn't get e-mail about order confirmation of my journey
and My SBB app says my ticket could not be loaded.
Please let me know how can i get my ticket properly.
If there were some errors during my purchasing steps, Please refund this.

Please send the following information to ticketshop@sbb.ch so that we can verify the case:
- Means of payment (e.g. Mastercard, VISA, Postfinance, monthly invoicing, REKA etc):
- What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card:
- Amount in CHF:
- Order date / time:
- E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the ticket):
- Name of orderer:
