Good day! Hi iam Anthony from the Phillippines. I booked a ticket online Oct 4, during the process my( time limit exceeded), but my credit card got charged. I have not receive email confirmation nor was able to print ticket. In general in this case may i know the status of the ticket? do i need to cancel my purchase and just rebook the a ticket? how do I cancel an online ticket?
