When I tried to buy a ticket in Basel, the machine accepted my credit card as normal, but nothing printing out. Since I was trying to catch a train, I just moved to the next machine and bought another ticket. I checked my bank statement today and saw that I was indeed charged twice. I'm wondering if there is any way to get some of the money back, even though I know I can't prove that I didn't, e.g., just buy tickets for two people.
