Ticket machine did not print and I didn't get refund as suggested by SBB office

I tried to buy a ticket at Biel station on 19th Sept. 2017. I paid via the Postfinance card. Everything went well except the ticket didn't print out. I immidiately contacted the SBB office nearby. They informed me that I need to check my bank statement and report them afterwards. My bank statement showed that I paid the ticket. I took the transaction copy to the Biel SBB office and showed them on 21st Sept. 2017. They told me that I will receive the refund within 3 weeks. 

But I still didn't receive any refund.

I will appreciate your response in this regard.

Hi @rahulbanik

Please send a copy of your bank confirmation to our colleagues from the customer service. With informations on the incident, preferably with the number of the machine to the following address: customerdialogue@sbb.ch. Our colleagues will check it and get in touch with you.
