I tried to buy a ticket at Biel station on 19th Sept. 2017. I paid via the Postfinance card. Everything went well except the ticket didn't print out. I immidiately contacted the SBB office nearby. They informed me that I need to check my bank statement and report them afterwards. My bank statement showed that I paid the ticket. I took the transaction copy to the Biel SBB office and showed them on 21st Sept. 2017. They told me that I will receive the refund within 3 weeks.
But I still didn't receive any refund.
I will appreciate your response in this regard.
