Ticket Machine at Airport Zurich didn't give back change of 20 CHF

Hello. I am new here, sorry if such question have been posed before, I looked but didn't find.

I traveled for a first time with the train and bought a ticket from a vending machine. I inserted a bancnote of 50 CHF, my ticket costed 30CHF, and the machine did not give back refund. I have pictures of the machine and the ticket. Is there someone I can contact about this?

If this happens you can contact directly the number which is written on the machine or the Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.). You will also need the WS ID number written on the machine or on the screen. Then a form will be filled out by phone for the verification of the problem and the refund.
