This is Ms. Baek hakyung, the booking agent.

I have to pick the wrong date and refund it. What should I do?

For a ticket refund you can buy a new ticket for the right date and send us a e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch Please tell us in the mail with both ordernumbers.
