There is no time for the train that purchased the ticket.

I bought a train ticket to Milan on July 24 from Interlaken on February 28. The time table received by mail says to take the IR2915 train departing at 7:04. But I searched the train today, but there are no trains at that time. Please check. My order is 131134085. I think it's not a reserved seat from Interlaken to ARTH-GOLDAU, but from ARTH-GOLDAU to Milan. Please check this as well.
Also, I wonder if I can refund or change my ticket.
