I purchased a train from Zurich to Interlaken on January 12 and from Interlaken to Firenze on January 15.
I received the ticket for January 12th by e-mail, but the ticket for January 15th did not come by e-mail. Credit card purchases indicate that both have been paid.
My reservation is Hyongjun Kim. Please check.
Please tell me what caused this and how to use the train normally.
