The payment was not successful but the bank deducted the money

When I purchased a Swiss Pass, I chose not to log in to my account and when I paid it showed that the payment was not made due to some error, but the bank temporarily put the money in pending. I would like to know if my money will be deducted in this case? Sorry for the disturbance. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank You.

Thank you for your query.

If you do not receive a purchase confirmation by mail, no purchase has been made. The amount is only reserved and will be booked back to the bank account.
