Temporary seven25 travelcard

I purchased the seven25 travelcard yesterday and will use it tomorrow, where can I find a temporary SwissPass as you mentioned in the help&contact section? Can I show the inspecctor the "My Travelcards" section of the SBB app? Thank you very much!

For the temporary SwissPass, I advise you to go directly to a station ticket office.
You can find our stations and opening hours here.
