Swiss Travel Pass

If I have purchased a Swiss Travel Pass, do I need to book tickets online prior to the trips? Or can I directly get on a train? (travelling between Bern and Zermatt for example) Do I have any additional fees or tickets to buy ?

If you have a Swiss Travel Pass you don't need additional tickets. You only have to print your Swiss Travel Pass out and show it in the Train.

how i prove the Swiss travel pass is genuine when i bought from local agent (Taiwan)

Hello. I´m from Brazil and I just buy one Swiss Travel Pass Flex 3 days and I don ´t get print a ticket.

Normally the credit card will not be debited if you have not received the tickets. For being sure, I recommend you to contact our Online Support under ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please send them the following details:
