Super Saver Ticket Refund

Hello, 

I had bought Super Saver Tickets for a trip from Zurich HB to Zermatt, later realizing that the 3-day Swiss Travel Pass is more suitable for tourists allowing them access to a variety of trains, buses, etc. I have submitted a refund request for the Super Saver Tickets (knowing that these are non-refundable). Can someone please let me know if they've had a similar incident and if they were refunded.

I am skeptical of now buying the Swiss Travel Pass without knowing if I can get a refund on the Super Saver tickets. 

Any help will be appreciated.

Supersaver tickets cannot be refunded by yourself, as they are only refunded in exceptional cases. Please be patient until your request is processed.

How did you buy it? Via sbb.ch or via SBB App? Did you buy it with a user account or as guest? In case you bought it with a user account, you can cancel them on your own. 

Please provide more information.
