Sending Luggage Door to Door without Train Ticket?

Hello,

My wife and I are going to be hiking along the Via Alpina for 2 days and would like to send our suitcases from Grindelwald to Zermatt while we are hiking. We have a Swiss Half Fare card (valid for one month) while we are in Switzerland, but will not be traveling by train because we will be hiking.

Is it possible for us to use the Door to Door Luggage Transfer service? It's not clear from the conditions online.

The ticket may only be surrendered with a valid ticket for the entire transport route or with one of the following annual season tickets: GA, route season ticket, half-fare card, federation season ticket, FVP, seven25 season ticket, module season ticket.
