Seat Reservation problem

I would like to reserve a seat for train online. I am using Chrome in Windows 10. However, the system displayed me a message " You are now offline. We patiently await your return online to provide you with exciting content. Your SBB.ch team". I did the same thing with Microsoft Edge. The system displayed the same message. How can I solve this problem?

I suggest you to write an email with the details of the trip and a print screen of the problem on ticketshop@sbb.ch. We will review your case.
