Saver Day Pass Goodwill refund due to Coronavirus

Hello,

I need to cancel Saver Day Pass for 17.03.20 I bought recently, because I am reluctant to travel due to Coronavirus.

In the article it is stated, that SBB offer goodwill refund for any type of fare, but I can't find such option in refund form https://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and-tickets/buying-options/refund-request/supersaver.html?login=sw...

 

How can I ask for a goodwill refund for this type of fare?

@SandraI Does this goodwill refund still apply for the current situation where I have booked six saver day passes and the authorities have now imposed quarantine on UK visitors? 

The advice from the Federal Office of Public Health is that you must avoid all contact with other people and avoid public transport.
