SBB Swiss Half Fare Card - selected offer not available?

I am trying to purchase the international traveler's 1 month Swiss Half Fare Card for 120 CHF (valid starting from June 5, 2022) through the SBB platform. I am getting an error message that says "Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available. Please choose another product or contact Support."

Can someone please help me understand the issue and how to purchase?



Hello @salbidhillon 

Please make sure you entered all passenger's details like name, date of birth and country of residence. You can also try to purchase the pass using another browser or device. 

If it still does not work, you can buy the passes at any ticket counter after your arrival in Zurich.
