Reservation problem

Hello. My name is Minji Kim, and my SBB homepage ID is julie4658.

Just a few minutes ago I reserved a train from Zurich HB to Interlaken West. 

One hour's reservation is 14:02

It was once a transfer at the Bern station, and it was bought by a 50 % discount and bought it at 70 CHF.
