Regarding extention of Travel GIFT CARD ( Carte Cadeau)

Hello Team, 

We bought in 2018 a Swiss pass , Carte Cadeau from the swiss rail ticket department ( Luzern). This is valid for 2 years starting from 30.12.2018 till 30.12.2020. The  amount in card is 280 CHF.

This year we wont be able to travel because of the COVID, can you please suggest if can get a refund of extention in the card expiry date please ?

Thank you for your query.

Gift cards are valid for two years from the last financial transaction. Each time you use your gift card to pay for something, the two-year period starts again from the beginning.

In cases of good will, the expired gift cards will be replaced once. To verify your case, you must contact a ticket counter in Switzerland.
