​First of all, I am really sorry for my mistake for the reservation.

Today, I Just joined SBB mobile web and tried to practice how to make reservation or somthing ... on the way adding my payment information,

I reserved 1day class upgrade ticket...I don't know what... but.... suddenly the ticket was booked
but I hasn't have any swiss pass untill now.. of course I couldn't use at all..
So, please cancel and refund it ...please  

If I can not get a ticket refund or cancellation, will I be able to use it different way of my travel ?
I will travel on a Swiss pass for three days from tomorrow
