Refund for monthly travelcard?

Hi,

I purchased my monthly ticket, as usual, less than 1 week before my institution closed due to covid19, so I am not able to use it. I will not use public transports in this period, and shortly after. Is it possible to get a refund? My purchase was made online, and recorded on my SwissPass.

Currently, travelcards can only be refunded in accordance with the Tariff of SBB. Further adjustments are possible. Either way we will inform you directly via the media and at www.sbb.ch/en/corona.
