Hello I bought a 4 day pass for my husband and I using the app, but the thing is I selected the wrong dates and I think I even bought the wrong ticket, I bought it for the 3rd to the 7th of October at 5 am, but I needed it to travel from the 3rd to the 8th at least until 10 am, and also we are tourists and we bought the 4 day half fare tickets I think we’re actually looking for the 6 day Swiss travel pass that is bought directly from the website. So I was wondering if the refund will be possible, since we are waiting for it to buy our new correct tickets
