Refund declined by my bank

Hi, Both my refunds have been declined by my Bank. The reason my bank declined the refunds is below:-
"I have just received a reply from our technical team - they informed that the reason both refunds were declined is that the merchant (SBB) sent only authorisations, without presentments. For them to be completed merchant has to send presentments as well. You should contact the merchant and inform them about this - they should be able to include presentment as well.
Please can someone help.
