Purchasing Co travelcard

Can I purchase a co travel card for my grandkids before they arrive with a photo of their passports?

Hello @maggeaux

Thank you for your query.

You can get the Children’s Co-Travelcard at any staffed ticket counter. To issue the card, we require the personal details of both the companion and the child they are accompanying. You will need a separate Children’s Co-Travelcard for each combination of child and companion.

When purchasing a travelcard, please bring a passport or another form of official identification with you that shows the child’s date of birth. There is no limit to the number of Children’s Co-Travelcard purchases.

I wish you a nice day.

Kind regards, AferditaH
