Proof of train cancellation document

I purchased the train ticket from Rail Europe. 

but this train was canceled. 

So I need some docuemnt to proof this train cancelled.

At sbb.ch/en/timetable  you can download a delay confirmation as PDF. Important: this is only possible for the past 5 days. Otherwise please contact our customer service via contact form.
Another tip: If a train is cancelled, your ticket remains valid for the next connection.
