I'm sorry.

I just booked a railway going to Basel from Interlaken downtown on the 3rd of November. 

I realized immediately after payment that my travel schedule is November 2.

Can I refund my ticket ? 

If you refund my ticket, I want to make a reservation again. November 2, 12 pm Railway to Interlaken Station 7 platform to Basel Station 10 platform

 

 

My ticket order number is 401352848. 

Please help me. I'll wait for the good news.
