Any help on who to contact?
I purchased four tickets on Gotthard Panoramic Express for 7/5. RHB contacted me via email on 6/7 and said there was a system error - my credit card was charged but no seats were assigned. They instructed me to rebook tickets and I would get a full refund. I won't rebook (another $600) without my refund.
Any advice on who to call? Email isn't helping. They keep saying refund is coming, but it hasn't.
