If I don't confirmed my reservation, I want to check it because I got an email saying it will be canceled, but I can't check it. I entered the order date, date of use, etc. and clicked Search, but the page will not go over. How can i confirmed my order?

Are all my reservations canceled? When I made an ID and checked the details, it says that some reservation is ready to pick up. Do I have to book all the tickets again from the beginning?
