I bought a ticket that Frankfurt from Interlaken (21.04.2019)

I paid by credit card, but i don't have a ticket. Based on credit card payment history, payment has been completed.

But they don't have a ticket for payment. I didn't get a ticket even by email.

i can't found ticket anyfolder in email and sbb apps.

I want reservation number or ticket number

Can i see ticket at mail or mobile apps?

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:


What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?

Please send this information by mail to


If the order was placed by logging-in under

then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
