Payment failed with a technical problem

SOLVED

I tried to buy a ticket from Lausanne to Lyon by a non-swiss credit card. But once I paid the ticket, the page said that  a technical problem has occurred that asked me to return to the timetable page and rebuy the ticket. And I was refunded too. I tried with all my cards, but I failed every time. I wonder if there's a solution for this problem?

Hello @RH_02

In principle, payments with foreign credit cards or currencies are also accepted, provided that the security requirements are met.

We only accept cards that use the "3-D Secure Code" as a security element. In this case, a page appears during the payment process, in which the 3-D Secure password is requested. The password can identify the cardholder and prevent misuse.

This page (Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code, American Express SafeKey or Diners Protect Buy) is automatically displayed by your credit card provider and is not controlled by SBB.

Greetings, LauraV
