Payment authorised (and taken from bank balance), but no ticket sent

I have just tried to purchase 2 x Swiss travel pass, however after entering my details the website has advised the transaction could not be completed and I must try again. However when I look in my banking app the payment has been authorised and taken from my available balance. I don't want to repeat the process in case I end up with 2 sets of payments, has anyone else had this happen to them?
