Hi, I would like to request 2 problems.
I ordered 3 tickets for Luzern to Milano at 22:25(in South Korea time). But the message said that the payment didn't go well so I paid again at 22:30(in South Korea time).
However, I realized that the money was withdran twice. In addition, I didn't get the e-ticket to my email address(smbestcho@naver.com) even though I paid twice.
So , there are 2 requests.
First, I would like to get a refund for one transaction among the two.
Second, I would like to get the e-ticket to my email address(smbestcho@naver.com)
