Payment Failure

I ahve been trying to buy Swiss Travel Pass Flex tickets for 2 days now with my credit card. Each time I try to make payment I get the message "Payment Failure". Why is this happening? I have spoken to my bank here in Namibia and everything is fine from this side, there are enough funds, the credit card is open to make international transactions. there have been no notifications to the bank that the transaction was declined or any such notice.

I am flying to Switzerland from Namibia and want to purchase these tickets before I arrive.
