As indicated in the title, I'm having some serious problems with my Oyster Photocard, and TFL is now unable to assist me. I bought the card with the intention of using it for a monthly travel card (zones 1-2) starting on September 28th, and I also added £10 of pay as you go. My card was denied at Tottenham court today, two days after I received it. I had to have a TFL worker tap out for me, and my pay as you go balance was -£5.70 when I went home. I'm not sure how this happened because my card was only used in zones 1-2, but the travelcard loaded on it isn't working for some reason. Any assistance would be very appreciated; I've already requested a refund, but it appears that it will take a few days to arrive.
