Overcharge for OW ticket from Zurich Airport to Estavayer-le-Lac

Hi All,

We bought 2 one way tickets from Zurich Airport to Estavayer-le-Lac in 2nd class and were charged 70CHF per person, total 140CHF at the counter in the airport. We noticed the real price is 35CHF so were overcharged 70CHF in total. We have all the receipts, tickets and charges shown on the card. Please advise.

Hello Tmidovschi,

A one way ticket from Zürich Airport to Estavayer-le-Lac cost 70.- CHF without reduction.

With an Half Fare Card, the ticket cost 35.- CHF.

If you have buy your tickets in a SBB counter, you have to go back at a ticket office, with all your receipts, to do the refund.
