Orders older than one month

I need to access al my orders from the last 3 months but can only access one month's worth of orders. Is there a way around this?

If you have not linked the new and old user account during the switchover to the SwissPass login, you will no longer have access to old orders.

You can contact our SwissPass Login Support 0800 111 655 (Mon–Fri 6 a.m.–7 p.m. and Sat/Sun 10 a.m.–6 p.m.) or fill in the contact form to have your accounts linked:
