Ordered Halbtax- pending

Hi, my husband ordered a Halbtax on May-2022. Still (July 2022) I am waiting for the card to be delivered in my address, as indicated in the SBB station (I have provided my information for the delivery). 
I don’t think that is fair to order a new one and to pay the additional fee, as it never arrived. Could we track the status (client nr  xxx-xxx-xxx-9)?

They can check the status from the card.
