Online Tickets are available for downloading until 31 days after the date of travel. If the pdf file is not available any more, you may print the order overview in the SBB Ticket Shop under www.sbb.ch/en/sbbticketshop under "My account" » " My orders" (login necessary).

I bought a mothly ticket on the shakter and it was visible in my sbb app. But niw I don’t see it anymore. I asume, that it is not valid anymore. But I also dont see it the past tickets. I see there one from last week, but not the monthly one, so I am not sure when it expires/ expired. Whx dont I see this ticket in the history?
This can be accessed with the Swisspass login in sbb.ch - Procedure
-- Call up sbb.ch on the Internet
-- Register with Swisspass login
-- click on your own login (shown with 2 letters in the upper right corner)
-- Click on orders
-- limit with date from...to and type (travel date or order date)
-- Click on search orders ... print ... also detailed (show orders)
